3-IN-ONE announces historic motor racing team

3-IN-ONE oil company is set to make a return to motor sport this year after agreeing a three-year deal with renowned Mini racer Andrew Hack.

The company has recently relaunched its brand and has formed 3-IN-ONE Classic Racing with a brace of 1964 Mini Coopers for three-times Mini Miglia champion Andrew Hack and Dan Wheeler.

The pair will share a car in the Pre-66 Touring Car race at the Masters Historic Festival at Brands Hatch on May 26/27, the U2TC race at the Donington Historic Festival on May 5/6 and at the Silverstone Classic on July 20-22. In addition, Hack and Wheeler will race a car each in the Pre-66 Mini race at the new Brands Hatch Mini Festival on June 16/17.

Said Andrew Hack: “3-IN-ONE is a classic brand and it makes sense to be involved in historic racing. Everyone has had a can of 3-IN-ONE in their garage at some stage and everyone remembers the original Mini, so it is the perfect fit for us as a team and for he company.”

3-in-One ® has also launched a competition for race fans. The lucky winner of the 3-IN-ONE prize draw will get to be a member of the pit team at the Silverstone race on 21st July and get one-on-one tuition from a team racing driver behind the wheel of the 3-IN-ONE sponsored 1964 Mini Copper S on the famous Silverstone circuit. The winner will also be treated to tickets and hospitality at the Silverstone Classic.3-IN-ONE’s assistant brand manager, Kieron Roberts said: “We’re thrilled to be working with a driver of Andrew’s calibre.
