Round 12 - Pete Fear Pinford - October 14 - Ross &DMS - Linton, near Ross on Wye

Tom Bricknell won the Pete Fear Pinford sporting trial organised by Ross and District Motor Sports club for the final time at their Linton venue.

Early conditions proved very slippery with Bricknell and his usual passenger Sara Dyer immediately taking the lead with great reading of the conditions to judge their speed perfectly ahead of Ian Bell and Russell Sharp in their Hamilton.   In drying conditions Bricknell and Bell continued to extend their lead each round over the rest of the entry. Steve Courts completed the podium in his live axle Facksimile.  Behind Courts the rest of the top ten were very closely matched. Reigning BTRDA Silver Star champions Mike Readings/Carole Greening won the intermediate class from Paul Price /Kate Kirk whilst John Cole/Anne Cole won the novice class.
