Christmas Day TV slot for WWRS R.A.C. Rally Championship

The review of the 2103 West Wales Rally Spares R.A.C Rally Championship season will enjoy a primetime slot on Christmas Day on Motors TV, with a two-hour programme starting at 9pm.For those looking for a motorsport fix on Christmas Day, and seeking an alternative to EastEnders and Downton Abbey, the two-hour programme will feature outstanding action from the new championship. The R.A.C Rally Championship captured the imagination of crews and fans alike in its first season and the result was stunning action on some of the finest gravel stages in Britain.All the action, and the story of how the championship unfolded, was captured by David Winstanley and his expert team at rallytv.co.uk. The programme will also include some of the very best in-car footage. Ultimately, Marty McCormack and Phil Clarke emerged as worthy champions.Importantly, the location of Motors TV has changed and it can now be found at channel 447. After the initial screening, the programme will have several repeats including at 1pm on Boxing Day.Each round of the 2013 championship has been reported in a dedicated stand-alone 90-minute programme, while a mid-season review and the end-of-season review have added up to at least 15 hours of prime coverage.
