Round 2: Walsingham Trial (750 MC), 2 March

Former champion Ian Bell won the Walsingham trial by an impressive margin from George Watson and Paul Price.

Bell led all day, with the best score on each of the three rounds. Having worked hard setting up the event, Clerk of Course Kevin Judd reacted to some drivers struggling and reduced tyre pressures for the second round, before increasing them for the third round as conditions initially improved.

Price won the intermediate class from local driver Paul Faulkner (Sherpa Indy) who finished in seventh overall, while John Cole (MJH) in 12th overall won the novice class by a clear margin from Mike Baker (Crosslé). Steve Avery won the clubman section of eleven drivers in his Facksimile.
