MSA British Sporting Trials Championship

Round 14: November Sporting (sportingtrials.com), 2 November 2014

Ian Bell retook the championship lead with victory in the November Sporting trial at Otham in Kent.

Bell won by just four points from Ian Veale, whose son Josh completed the podium, two marks ahead of multiple former champion Ian Wright.

Ian Veale led the trial after the first round but Bell's superb second round saw him move ahead at lunch. Heavy rain resulted in the event being stopped after three of the planned four rounds. Richard Robarts (RB7) won the Intermediate class and John Cole (MJH) won the Novice class.
