Stuttgart Cup and Mission Foods GT3 Cup 2015 Race Schedule Finalized

With Addition of HSR Events at 12 Hours of Sebring and SavannahFirst Series Appearance at Legendary Sebring 12-Hour Race; Third-Straight Year at Savannah Speed ClassicThe Stuttgart Cup and Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy USA by Car Amigo 2015 race schedule was finalized today with the additions of the HSR (Historic Sportscar Racing) events at next month’s Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh From Florida and October’s annual Savannah Speed Classic.The Sebring 12 Hour weekend, March 18 – 21, is the first time that The Stuttgart Cup and Mission Foods GT3 series will appear together at a major sports car racing event. The race replaces the previously announced participation by the series in next weekend’s Spring Vintage Classic and is now the first of two Sebring stops on the 2015 Stuttgart Cup/Mission Foods GT3 calendar. The season will once again conclude on the legendary Florida circuit at the Sebring Historics this December.In addition to the new Sebring race date, the return to the Savannah Speed Classic, October 22 – 24, fills the only open date on the 2015 Stuttgart Cup/Mission Foods GT3 calendar. The new Sebring date now gives Stuttgart Cup/Mission Foods GT3 competitors more than a month to prepare for the 12-hour weekend, which was another key factor in the date change.Following Sebring, The Stuttgart Cup and Mission Foods GT3 series debut at Homestead-Miami Speedway, April 9 – 12, at the Miami Historics.The Stuttgart Cup/Mission Foods GT3 series then head North to Road America for the Spring Vintage Festival, May 14 – 17, and the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Mid-Ohio Vintage Grand Prix, June 25 – 28. An autumn return to Road Atlanta for the second-straight year, September 14 – 17, at the Atlanta Fall Historics will be first of what is now back-to-back Georgia races with the Savannah race addition the following month. The 2015 calendar concludes with what has become the traditional season-ending Daytona Historic Races, November 12 – 15, and the Sebring Historics finale, December 3 - 6.Open to all Porsche Caymans, Boxsters and 996, 997 and GT3 Cup cars, 2015 marks the second full season that The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3 Cup series will race together. Showcasing Porsche Caymans and Boxsters, The Stuttgart Cup is beginning its fourth year of racing and third full-season of competition this year. Partnering with Mission Foods GT3, which has been a fixture on classic and historic race weekends for the last several seasons, was an ideal collaboration that attracted strong competitor interest and the support of Pirelli Tire in 2014.
