The second round of preseason testing for the GP3 Series was completed this week at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia. In the 2-day session, the Trident stable and their three drivers showed great chemistry and an huge amount of valuable work was completed in order to get the cars set-up and ready for the beginning of the championship.27 - LUCA GHIOTTO
Luca duly followed the work scheduled for him by the team. He dedicated the first day to the research of good qualifying solutions, while he spent Day 2 completing race simulation, both on the long and short distance. Different set-up configurations were tested and checked and a good balance was found allowing Luca to take the second place by the end of Day 1.The outcome of the second test of the preseason has been very positive for him although the final goal is still to be fully achieved.

During the first day, Oscar and his technical staff worked in qualifying conditions in order to maximize the lap performance, and also performed starting attempts. Some modifications on the car's set-up were introduced on the car on Day 2 and the team also lined-up for a race simulation.The goal was to collect a varied range of information in situations similar to what will be experienced during the season.The work done has been quite satisfactory and there is definitely good room for further improvement.

26 - ARTUR JANOSZ
Unlike his two team-mates, Artur worked hard on finding the right balance in race simulation mode, and only secondarily focused on laptimes.The Polish rookie was able to complete the whole amount of work scheduled, and in two days collected a lot of data that will definitely be useful for the next round of testing.Teams and drivers will be back for the third and final preseason test on the 22nd and 23rd of April at Montmelò, Barcelona.
