Round 3: Firefly Autotest, 17 April

Malcolm Livingston took victory on Whitchurch Motor Club’s Firefly Autotest in his Lindsay Special.

Livingston held the lead at lunchtime, with Richard Pinkney overtaking Dave Evans for fourth and Dave Mosey closing on Evans. The afternoon tests saw a tremendous charge from both Alastair Moffatt (Mini Special) and Richard Pinkney (Caterham 7).

Livingston reigned supreme on the final round of tests, and finished 14 seconds ahead of Pinkney, who passed Moffatt for second place.
