Revisiting the 1980, 1990 and 2000 Le Mans 24 Hours
The first weekend of 2018 sees Motorsport.tv continue its journey through the archives of the world’s most famous race, in The Great History of the 24 Hours of Le Mans!

Up next for your exclusive look at the full archives of racing at La Sarthe, we reach the 1980, 1990 and 2000 editions of the race. Group 6 was the top category in 1980, as Porsche battled it out with local constructor Rondeau. By 1990 the Group C era was in full swing, as Jaguar, Porsche, Nissan and Toyota took to Le Mans, where chicanes truncated the Mulsanne Straight for the first time. Fast-forward 10 years, and the 2000 race saw the dawn of two endurance racing dynasties.

Peter Windsor sits down with Mauro Forghieri
In another Motorsport Network exclusive, we bring you the first of The Windsor Interviews, with Italian engineer Mauro Forghieri. With Ferrari struggling in Formula 1 in the early 1960s, Forghieri worked with driver John Surtees to design the Ferrari 158, which went on to win the 1964 championship. The Italian team would subsequently go on to win eight constructors’ championships under Forgheiri’s guidance.

Daily highlights of the Africa Eco Race and the 2017 Super Formula opener
After starting in Monaco earlier this week, the Africa Eco Race continues its journey to Dakar, Senegal over the course of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This weekend’s stages see competitors taking on the sandy terrain of Morocco, and we’ll be keeping you up-to-date with daily highlights from North Africa.

The Japanese Super Formula series saw a highly competitive 2017 season, as more European-based talent took the fight to the regular field. Watch Felix Rosenqvist and Pierre Gasly battle the likes of Andre Lotterer, Kamui Kobayashi and Kazuki Nakajima, at some of Japan’s best circuits.

Canadian and Australian Superbike Championship highlights
Finally, we have a double-header of motorcycle action, with the Canadian Superbike Championship from Atlantic Motorsport Park, and the Australian Superbike Championship’s visit to Hidden Valley Raceway.
