REDCAR have confirmed Australian prospect Jordan Stewart will make his UK debut with the Bears this season.
And the Teesside club have completed their line-up with the signings of Matej Kus, who last rode for them in 2015, whilst Tobias Busch returns after an injury-hit 2017 campaign.
Manager Jitendra Duffill said: “Jordan has enjoyed a good season in Australia, and is one of their brightest prospects. I’ve watched him race over the last few weeks in the Australian Championships where he has taken some big scalps including Jack Holder.
“He has a very bright future and I am very excited to secure his signature for 2018. I’m very confident that he will make a big impression very quickly.”

SGB Championship winners Sheffield have been handed a big boost with the continued backing of Sheffield Window Centre.
And that means the partnership will continue for the 11th season at Owlerton as the Tigers look to defend their title.
Sheffield co-promoter Peter Mole said: “We are particularly pleased to be able to announce we will be entering into the 2018 season once again with Sheffield Window Centre as our main team backers.
“It is becoming increasingly difficult in this day and age to secure such team backing, and our sincere thanks go to both Ian Hunter and also his sons Ian and Joe for their continued support.
“It’s so pleasing that we start the defence of our league title in 2018 with the continued support of our good friends from Sheffield Window Centre, which we have always appreciated and valued.”

LAKESIDE have released Max Clegg due to issues over starting averages elsewhere in their line-up.
Local man Alfie Bowtell now steps up from the National League with the Hammers because of the figures which will be effective for team-mates Ben Morley and Zach Wajtknecht.
A Lakeside statement said: “It is with a heavy heart that we have now released Max and we sincerely hope he secures a team place elsewhere as soon as possible.
“In the meantime we have invited Max to our pre-season training and he will also ride in the Lee Richardson memorial meeting to launch our season.
“The club will be making no further comment at this time and will pursue the matter behind the closed doors of the ACU.”
