LIVE – Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup opener from Monza
An impressive 54-car grid will take the start of the opening Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup round at Monza, and Motorsport.tv has LIVE coverage of all three hours of racing!
Now in its eighth season, the Endurance Cup for GT3 cars gets underway with its traditional visit to Monza, as the 2018 entry is bolstered by the introduction of new machinery to the grid. Both Bentley and Nissan will debut updated versions of the Continental and GTR respectively, while Lexus brings the total number of manufacturers present up to 11, with its RC-F GT3, ahead of what is sure to be another highly competitive season of GT racing.
Revisiting the 1994 Le Mans 24 Hours
The next instalment of Motorsport.tv’s 24 Hours of Le Mans: The Great History, takes a look at the 1994 edition of the French classic. After the collapse of the World Sportscar Championship in 1993, the following year’s Le Mans saw a reduced number of prototype entries. As a result, Porsche entered a pair of Dauer 962s, a road-going version of the Porsche 962, into the GT1 class, in an attempt to win the race outright with potential prototype fragility.
Chinese GP review in the Motorsport Show & Le Mans Cup from Paul Ricard
In a new weekly show, special guests join Peter Windsor, as they look back over the previous seven days in the Motorsport Show. In the latest episode, the team analyse a thrilling Chinese Formula 1 Grand Prix, and meet GP3 racer and Sauber F1 Team development driver Tatiana Calderon, as she aims to reach the pinnacle of motorsport.
The Michelin Le Mans Cup got underway at Paul Ricard last weekend, as the field competes for one of two entries to the 2019 Le Mans 24 Hours. A total of 22 LMP3 cars, including three entries each from prototype racing powerhouses Graff and United Autosports, competed alongside seven GT3 cars, with Ferrari and Porsche represented.

Completing the weekend, there are highlights from the opening round of the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series’ visit to Valencia, as well as a look back at the gruelling 2018 Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge.
