The Dastle Story

DASTLE
MK III

In 1958 Geoff DAvid STanley RumbLE produced
the first 'Dastle Racing Car' the MK1.
The next decade was to see the 'Dastle' emerge as a formidable
vehicle with the MK7 tested by Stirling Moss and the formation of
the Dastle Manufacturing Company in 1967.
The MK9 having been raced at Monaco under the Hesketh banner and
raced by James Hunt, the 'Dastle' pedigree is without question.
Geoff created the first Racebox for himself and soon realised there
was a real need for the race enthusiast to have a 'Home from Home'
for their car.

From then on, dedicated to making Raceboxes the company's reputation
grew very quickly with orders coming in thick and fast.
Today the company is still a family owned business with Geoff at
the helm and his two sons James & Dominic by his side.
James also has racing in the blood having trained at BAe and later
working for the Tyrrell team.
The Dastle Racebox has been born from a racing pedigree and a heritage
that no other manufacturer can boast. Using leading edge technology
and materials the Dastle Racebox is in a class of its own.

Many well known companies use the Dastle Racebox. It has also found
other uses - from transport of choir staging and TV camera equipment
to furniture showroom.
Geoff said "Top quality, versatility and the ability to
tailor make the Dastle Racebox has made it the success it is today.
Our strength is the ability to really understand our customers needs
and match those needs exactly".
