Driver Awareness: full day and
half day available.
The majority of the training programmes we operate require us
to liaise directly with client employees to book their training.
We have a dedicated function to undertake driver
management and offer a centralised point of contact.
The support function will have full responsibility for:
Sourcing driver nominations.
Teaming drivers together.
By vehicle type.
Location.
Booking the course.
Completion and dispatch of feedback reports.
Certificates.
Instructor feedback analysis.
The communication process that is put in place between the service
partner and client drives the success of an external management
programme. Responsibility and authority
needs to be specified so that the service provider can make
approved decisions for the most common problems and only refer
to the client when a significant or persistent problem is
encountered.
