GP2 Asia Trident in Dubai

The maiden season of the GP2 Asia Series has finally come to its last round.

Starting from today, Trident Racing will be lined-up for a two-day showdown at Dubai Autodrome, with the clear intent of ending up the 2008 season in the best possible way.

As already happened for the first round, the weekend will be completed on Friday and Saturday: all the teams and drivers will face an extremely tight schedule, especially tomorrow.

The first free practice, followed by qualifying, will define the grid of the first race, scheduled to start at 16:30, local time, on a 42-lap distance.

The second race will be starting on Sunday at 14:00, local time and run on a 28-lap distance, ending the weekend`s program.

Harald Schlegelmilch and Ho Pin Tung will be set to take a tough 2008 season to a positive ending for the team. Both drivers, as well as the technical staff, will count on an extra motivation, in order to carry on the good momentum shown at Al Sakhir and gain some extra focus on pure performance, since the last event of the season is scheduled on a known venue for all of them.

The two races will be broadcasted live on Eurosport 2; local times are GMT/UTC+3.
