Italian Antonio Cairoli (Yamaha) leads the championship, but Britain’s Tommy Searle (KTM) and Stephen Sword (Kawasaki) are both well placed in the overall standings and will fancy their chances of a first win of the year. Audi’s new A4 is the car to beat, but at a track that has seen six Mercedes victories in seven years, a win for the C-Class should not be ruled out. Brits Jamie Green, Paul di Resta and Gary Paffett will be hoping it’s their Mercs that deliver a win, but also watch out for Oliver Jarvis, Katherine Legge and Susie Stoddart.

DTM, Round 4, LausitzringSunday 18 May, 12:45 – LIVELIVE – AMERICAN LE MANS SERIESMotors TV switches stateside for round 4 of the American Le Mans Series from Salt Lake City. The P1 works Audis seem to have the better of the P2 Porsche Spyders and Honda Acuras, but on a tight street circuit they could once again be under pressure for overall victory. Corvette, Aston Martin, Porsche and Ferrari will fight it out in GT1 and GT2. Live uninterrupted coverage begins at 8pm.

A Motors TV special on the trail blazing women who have paved the way for female racers from across the world to break into motorsport.
