Allan has been an integral member of the Audi squad for many years and I was delighted to see him on the top step of the podium after a gruelling battle with the Peugeots.

"Allan is one of UK motor sport's finest ambassadors and we are delighted that he recently agreed to endorse the MSA's new Go Motorsport project, designed to raise the profile and attract more people to the exciting world of motor sport.

"We should also recognise the achievements of David Brabham and Darren Turner, team mates in the Gulf Aston Martin that claimed victory in the LMGT1 class. As well as leading the MSA's prestigious Race Elite programme for the best young drivers in the country, David has himself also agreed to become a Go Motorsport Ambassador, while Darren is one of the country's most versatile and successful drivers.
