This year’s GTI Festival is due to be held at the home of European Drag Racing, Santa Pod Raceway on Sunday, 6th July. Dubbed as literally the ‘coolest’ show around(!), the event is for all water cooled VW enthusiasts.
Now in its 16th year, the GTI Festival has a big following and promises not to disappoint. The focus on the day will be the ¼ mile sprint along Santa Pod’s famous dragstrip. Drivers will be able to do as many runs as they like throughout the day, getting great value for money and benefiting from world record standard calibrated timing.
Display and club cars will be present for enthusiasts to admire, along with trade stands for the shoppers. Following their success at the Performance, Tuning and Modified (PTM) Show, Santa Pod Raceway sponsors, Turbo Dynamics will also have a presence with not one, but two of their gorgeous girls.
Clad in tight blue and white trousers and midriff-bearing tops, Louisa and Hayley will be walking around the show handing out Turbo Dynamics goodie bags and posing for photographs. The girls will be travelling up to the event, along with TD staff, from the TD HQs in sunny Christchurch, Dorset.
One of the leading turbocharger specialists in the world, Turbo Dynamics design, sell, service, repair and modify/upgrade automotive turbochargers. Not restricting their business to cars and race/rally teams though, the team also work on commercial, industrial and marine turbos.

TD’s girls will also be present at the Marangoni USC and JapShow Finale events taking place in August and October this year. Further shows at Santa Pod Raceway prior to the GTI Festival in July are: the JapShow, UK Truck Show and Retro Show.
