and TP Formula at Mugello

Razia and Prost on the podium for the Cerveza Sol team

In the fourth round of Euroseries 3000, after his first pole in the championship, Adam Khan took  his first win.

It's also the first success in the series for his team, Traini and Pomozzi's TP Formula.

The Anglo-Pakistan driver dominated race-1 ahead of the two Cerveza Sol's drivers, Luiz Razia and Nico Prost.

Khan was immediately on a pace which none of his rivals could achieve, then kept his five-seconds gap.

In the first part of the race Francesco Dracone (Emmebi Motorsport) had to retire, after a contact with Guimaraes (TP Formula). Meanwhile Leal (Durango) overtook for the fourth place Beretta (Cerveza Sol).

Razia, from the third row, made an exceptional start, but in the end couldn't attack the leader Khan. Prost  had to be satisfied with the third step of the podium behind his team-mate.

Forth finisher was eal (Durango) followed by Onidi (GP Racing), who had electric problems in qualifying, and the rookie Crestani (GP Racing).

Onidi is still leading the European championship with 35 points ahead of Prost (30) and Rodriguez (26) and now he is in first position also in the Italian standings, after overtaking the absent Rodriguez.

Adam Khan (TP Formula): “Today I had a really good time. I took a good advantage since the beginning and then I kept it, controlling my rivals' race. This was my goal and I could manage it”.

Luiz Razia, Brazilian, second at Mugello in race-1 with the Cerveza Sol team: “After the qualifying I was not satisfied. Then I had a good start, putting me behind the leader. But it was impossibile to attack him for first position”.

Nico Prost, third in Tuscany, completed the good result for the Cerveza Sol team: “I didn't have a perfect start, but then I was on a good pace, even though I didn't manage to overtake my team-mate Razia”.
