The Porsche Carrera Cup GB should feature live on ITV4 this Sunday (17 August 2008) when round 16 of the championship runs at the spectacular Knockhill circuit in Scotland.The race, which comes at a critical time in the championship battle, is scheduled to start at 2.30pm and will be broadcast in the extensive programme that features live coverage of the HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship. The Knockhill Carrera Cup races are set to be thrillers as Michael Caine, Tim Harvey and Tim Bridgman continue their season-long battle for the crown.Providing that the BTCC action and the race day timetable runs to plan, the Carrera Cup race will go out live to an audience of up to half a million viewers. The BTCC programme on ITV4 runs from 12.30pm to 5.30pm and will give unrivalled coverage of the action.The action from both rounds 15 and 16 of Carrera Cup at Knockhill will feature as usual in the Motorsport UK series, with the half-hour programme going out on both ITV4 and ITV1 in early October.
