LMS Radio coverage from the Nurburgring

This weekend the team from Radio Show Limited make their second visit of the season to the Eifel mountains as the Nurburgring plays host to the 4th round of the Le Mans Series. Counting Le Mans it's the 5th round of Audi v Peugeot in the battle for diesel domination. The coverage, powered by Embassy Racing, will be live and free at radiolemans.com on Saturday and Sunday anchored by John Hindhaugh. He will be joined by former F1 and Radio Le Mans pitlane reporter Nick Daman and, for the first time, the voice of Le Mans for Eurosport TV, Martin Haven. "It's odd to think that apart from once many years ago at Le Mans when I was in the pits, John and I have never commentated together before" said Haven. "I'm very excited about the event, the Le Mans Series has provided such great racing this year and everyone has been telling me what a great atmosphere there is in the paddock."Unlike the 24 Hours that the team covered earier in the year, it's "only" the GP circuit being used. Nevertheless the shorter version of the track has provided action a-plenty for the sportscars in the past. Expect the weather to play a part sometime over the event."The Championship is really hotting up so we are heading down to Germany early to provide full, live coverage," said Radio Show Limited Director Eve Hewitt. Tune in for the Practice and Qualifying on Saturday and warm-up and the whole race live on Sunday. During the broadcasts race updates, with information provided by Team Bruichladdich Radical, will be aired every 20 minutes. In addition to the live shows the team will be posting additional content, interviews and features at radiolemans.com "Thanks to Eurotunnel and their FlexiPlus crossing it's only 35 mins across the Channel so we spend less time travelling and arrive at the track raring to go,"  said Hindhaugh. Expect an extended report on the team transport for the trip. The awesome Audi RS6 Avant. The RS is a  572 horse-power load-lugger which is surely the perfect company car for the fast- talking radio hosts. radiolemans.com has the schedule for the weekend and so you can catch up with the season so far, there's also an extensive archive of the 2008 Le Mans Series.
