Formula Master Round 12 - Oscchersleben

Josef Kral claimed Team JVA's victory in Formula Master yesterday at Oschersleben, Germany, yesterday for round 12 of the Series.

The 18-year-old Czech lead Jenzer Motorsport's Fabio Leimer and Iris Project's Michael Ammermüller across the chequered flag despite an eventful start, which saw pole-sitter Tim Sandtler retire from the race on lap one.

Leimer and Ammermüller both repeated yesterday's performance of a second and third place respectively, having started in sixth (Ammermüller) and seventh place (Leimer).

Josef Kral, Team JVA "The start was quite hard for me, as there was contact between me and Tim Sandtler, but I stayed in front and kept pushing. It has been a really good weekend for us; the team has been really good. I had traffic in qualifying and did not start as high as I could have. But race one went well and this result for race two is fantastic."
