LAKESIDE will be monitoring the health of Andreas Jonsson after their top rider pulled out of the German Grand Prix.The Swedish star is due to lead the Hammers in the second leg of the Elite League Grand Final at Poole on Monday.Jonsson said: "I have no strength at all, I've been lying ill in bed since Wednesday. I hardly remember anything from Wednesday."

POOLE star Davey Watt is looking to complete a treble of Elite League titles when the Pirates take a six-point lead into Monday's Grand Final second leg.Watt has been contracted to the club since 2001 and they won the title in both! of his previous years in the team.He said: "It's my third season as a full-time Pirate and hopefully I'm a lucky omen for the team."
