DUNLOP TYRES DRAWS 120TH YEAR TO AN END AT GOODWOOD

Dunlop Tyres are set to draw a close to their 120th birthday year with a classic track day at the Goodwood circuit in a celebration of historic motorsport and motoring.

The event will also be used to announce Dunlop’s return to the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2009 following their debut this Summer.

This year at Goodwood FOS, Dunlop brought together a selection of winning cars with their former drivers and welcomed the likes of Stirling Moss, Derek Bell and Frank Biela to the stand for a series of interviews and live shows. In 2009, Dunlop will build on the theme with another action-packed three days at this unmissable event.

The Dunlop track day in association with Octane will take place on October 30th and will be open to drivers of any historic car. World class historic racing driver, Mark Hales, will be on hand to give expert tuition and guidance in a safe and controlled non-competitive environment.
