(SPEEDWAY 1)EXETER'S hopes of racing in next season's Premier League appear to have been dashed.Club owner Allen Trump, who has planning permission to build a new track at the city's racecourse, has failed to reach final agreement with the landowners in time for next year.He said: "It's an absolute tragedy for Exeter Speedway and for me personally after the work of the last three years."(SPEEDWAY 2)ISLE of Wight chief Dave Pavitt insists the club won't make any firm plans for next season until after the sport's AGM.Pavitt, a member of the British Speedway Promoters' Association management committee, travels to Spain next weekend for the three-day conference.He said: "Until we know what the exact structure of the Premier League will be for next season we can't really make any concrete decisions."
