(SPEEDWAY 1)PETERBOROUGH manager Trevor Swales wants to see the Elite League play-off system expanded.Swales believes the semi-finals should be over two legs as no visiting team has ever won an away tie.He said: "All ties should be decided over home and away, it's fairer and enables all clubs to benefit from a home leg. This is something our co-promoter, Mick Bratley, also believes in very strongly."(SPEEDWAY 2)SCUNTHORPE chief Rob Godfrey has vowed to build a team capable of challenging for the title next season.The Scorpions just missed out on a top eight place in their debut Premier League campaign.He said: "I didn't enjoy finishing tenth, I wanted to make the playoffs.Next year I believe we can challenge for the title and we're doing all we can to build a team to do that."
