The organisers of the 2009 Silverstone Classic are planning an even bigger and more exciting event, following some changes to the management of the three-day historic racing festival.The 2009 event will be managed by Racing at Silverstone Ltd, a new company created by the backers of the 2008 event. As already announced, the 2009 Silverstone Classic will run from 24 to 26 July."The 2009 Silverstone Classic is very much on track and we are very confident about the future growth and development of the event," said Ken Prichard Jones of Racing at Silverstone Limited, the new organiser for the Silverstone Classic.
