(SPEEDWAY 3)BELLE Vue have signed top Polish star Krzysztof Kasprzak and leading Dane Ulrich Ostergaard.The Aces have also revealed that skipper Charlie Gjedde, Billy Forsberg, Patrick Hougaard and Steve Boxall have agreed terms to return for another season.Club MD David Gordon said: "We see Krzysztof as the No 1 in a side that will be well balanced and Ulrich Ostergaard can do a good job in the middle order."(SPEEDWAY 4)TALENTED British youngster Ben Barker has been ruled out of Stoke's plans for next season.Barker, a revelation for the Potters this year, wanted to double-up with Elite League Coventry but the bid has been blocked.He said: "I tried everything to get the decision overturned but it wasn't to be.
