Trent Valley Kart Club

Celebrates Success At The Karting Show

Trent Valley Kart Club, the largest kart club in the UK, will showcase at the Karting Show at Autosport International, 8-11 January 2009 at the NEC Birmingham, for the first time in its 14-year history.

The club is based at the PF International kart circuit.  This leading kart racing track is a marvellous multi-million pound venue with the best facilities in the country. Trent Valley Kart Club was recently granted permission from the CIK (Commission Internationale de Karting – FIA) and MSA (Motor Sports Association) to host a fully accredited International event in 2009, the first time for a UK venue in 18 years, and will also hold the CIK KF Western Qualifier in 2010. Visit stand 6510 for more details on these special events and to find out how to beat the credit crunch by taking advantage of the club’s unchanged fees for 2009.

The club’s race calendar is looking great for 2009. In addition to the CIK event, the Club Championship and Kartmasters, the club will also host a round of the KF Winter Series, and rounds of both of the UK’s leading karting championships - Super One and BRDC Stars of Tomorrow. The club will also welcome back the ever popular LGM championship and Dadson Masters.

If you want to be the next Lewis Hamilton, Trent Valley Kart Club can help to make your introduction to karting easy.  The circuit supports the MSA’s Let’s Go Karting initiative (held at the circuit) while the ARKS test can also be undertaken at PF International. Visit the club on stand 6510 or the MSA Go Motorsport stand 7450 for more information.

The Karting Show 2009 will welcome a host of leading UK and European companies from across the karting industry, providing a one stop-shop for anyone interested in karting. Atol Fuel, ABkC, BKIA, British Superkart Association, British Historic Kart Club, Club100, Daytona, EasyKart, Ikon Racing, NatSKA, Sodikart, Taylor International Motorsport, Super One, BRDC Stars of Tomorrow, Apachi Sports, Trent Valley Kart Club and John Mills Engineering are just some of the exhibitors confirmed.

Autosport International, complete with a new show layout, will be open to the public on Saturday 10 to Sunday 11 January 2009. Avoid the queues and book online at autosport-international.com or call +44 (0) 844 579 3188.
