Two top motorsport celebrities were at Knockhill Racing Circuit last week to celebrate their recent successes.
Honda racing teamsters Gordon Shedden and John McGuinness attended the Niall Mackenzie Track Day School at Knockhill and during their visit to the Kingdom of Fife, the pair celebrated their own unique crowns.
Lancastrian McGuinness is the undoubted current 'King of the Mountain' having taken another two Isle of Man TT victories aboard his TT Legends Honda 1000cc Fireblade which took his tally to an amazing 17 victories in total whereby local Fife driver Shedden is battling for the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship having taken three wins in his Honda Civic S2000.
Shedden holds second place in the standings ahead of the next round of BTCC which takes place at his local track on September 4th whereby he aims to be crowned 'King of the Hill' in front of his massed ranks of Scottish fans next month.
