The Peugeot line up of Franck Montagny, Stephane Sarrazin and Alexander Wurz took the No. 8 908 turbodiesel LMP1 Peugeot to victory last night and was followed over the line five laps later by the No. 10 Team Oreca Matmut Peugeot 908 Hdi-FAP of Nicolas Lapierre, Nicolas Minassian and Marc Gene after both Audi R18 TDIs retired.
This results secures the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup LMP1 manufacturers' title for Peugeot with one race remaining in the series.
The No. 007 Aston Martin Racing AMR Lola Coupe B09 60 of Adrian Fernandez, Stefan Mucke and Harold Primat took third.
Level 5 Motorsports HPD driven by Christophe Bouchut, Joao Barbosa and team owner Scott Tucker took the LMP2 class win.
The GTE-Pro class was won by the No. 51 Ferrari F458 Italia of Giancarlo Fisichella, Gianmaria Bruni and Pierre Kaffer while Krohn Racing’s line up of Tracy Krohn, Niclas Jonsson and Michele Rugolo took the GTE-Am class in the No. 57 Ferrari F430.
