Trident Racing lines-up for Barcelona GP2 Series test

Two weeks after the recent GP2 Series collective test at Jerez de la Frontera, Trident Racing will be back on-track on the next 19th and 20th of October at Barcelona.

After the really positive feedback from the previous session, Trident Racing will continue on the same path next week, with the team eager to continue in the development work scheduled by their technicians and engineers. Stéphane Richelmi will be behind the wheel from Day 1, returning to the car he drove in the last round at Monza. He will by paired by Josef Kral, recently fielded at Jerez in testing.

On day 2, Richelmi will keep running while Sam Bird will be on the team's second Dallara. The British racer, as well as Kral, will be looking forward to continue merging with the Italian squad's technical staff after their positive Jerez experience.

The collective test at Barcelona will be the last European outing of a really long 2011 GP2 Series season. After their run in Spain, teams and drivers will head towards Abu Dhabi for a non-championship event. The race will support the upcoming Forumula 1 Grand Prix scheduled on November 13.
