Facu Regalia makes his debut in Auto GP with Campos

 Argentina´s driver makes his debut at the wheel of Lola B05/52 powered by an engine built by Zytek, which has 550hp. Spanish team, Campos Racing, invited to Regalia to test its car at Magione, during a two-day collective testing scheduled on Thursday and Friday.

Campos Racing, a well experienced team led by former Formula 1 driver Adrián Campos  “Adrián called me, and I was told he was looking my career in motorsport and it could be interesting for both, them and me, to drive one of its Auto GP cars at Magione, during this week´s collective testing. All Auto GP teams will be there, and I´ve to recognize this test is a great chance for me. This car is almost a GP2 singleseater, and it means to make progress as a driver”, Regalia explained before his trip to Italy, a country where he has competed this year, just before his debut in Formula 3 Euro Series with Mücke Motorsport two weeks ago. “I want to know how this car is, and I will try my adaptation being as fast as possible. I worked hard in gym, because this car is physically demanding. I will try my best and to be happy with my result at the end”, Regalia explained finally.

Campos Racing had drivers like Adam Carroll or Adrien Tambay driving its cars in Auto GP during the current season. It finished second in teams´ overall classification.
