Motors TV adds live Spanish Motorcycle Championship action to 2011 schedule

Motors TV has strengthened its reputation as the place to watch world class motorcycle racing with the addition of the CEV Buckler Spanish Championship to its growing roster of two-wheeled action. The Spanish series has gone from strength to strength in recent years thanks to healthy investment and support from world motorcycle promoters Dorna, and today represents both a proving ground for aspiring MotoGP riders and a top-level championship in its own right. Motors TV has extensive live coverage from both the penultimate round at Valenca on Sunday November 13 and the season-closing Jerez event one week later (November 20). Action comes from the 125GP, Moto2 and Stock Extreme classes boasting grids well in excess of 20 riders, so on-track battles are guaranteed to be frenetic from lights to flag.  The Spanish Championship joins the hotly-contested Italian series, AMA Superbike, FIM Endurance World Championship's premier event, the Le Mans 24 Moto, and a host of British-based series in an unbeatable selection of high-speed motorcycle coverage.Fred Viger, Motors TV’s Head of Programming and Acquisitions, commented: “We are thrilled to have added the CEV Buckler Spanish Championship to Motors TV’s already impressive list of motorcycle series. Over the past year we have demonstrated our increased commitment to live two-wheeled racing coverage, and this addition proves the continuing strength of that commitment.“From a sporting perspective, the Spanish Championship is one of the most competitive and closely fought on offer. With all three class titles still very much up for grabs we are sure viewers will be treated to some fierce contests in the coming weeks, and we are thrilled that those battles will be played out live on Motors TV.”Sunday November 13  – Valencia11.20am – LIVE 125GP 12.25pm – Moto2 (Delayed-as-Live) 1.20pm – LIVE Stock Extreme
