RETURNING Swindon boss Alun Rossiter has admitted there will be “substantial changes” to the Robins team next season. The Blunsdon outfit finished bottom of the Elite League in 2011 and Rossiter, who has rejoined the club after two years with rivals Coventry, knows they face a rebuilding process following this weekend’s AGM of promoters.Rossiter said: “Realistically we are looking at substantial changes to the 2011 team. As Scott Nicholls has been recalled to Coventry, there would be anyway.“The era of Leigh Adams is over and I think we need to try to find someone as a long-term No.1. I stress not a new Leigh, but a new realistic No.1 rider.”
