(SPEEDWAY 1)POPULAR Australian ace Ty Proctor is the latest rider to be included inWolverhampton's Elite League side for next season.Proctor, 24, joins Tai Woffinden and Nicolai Klindt as confirmed startersand the club are in talks with Grand Prix star Freddie Lindgren.Said Proctor: "I always wanted to be back at Wolverhampton because it's sucha good club.
