In parallel with this, riders who contest the Xtreme Academy Championship - as part of the British Youth Nationals (BYN) race series - can benefit from a host of supporting activities. The original spokes and rims can also be retained by the owner so that as the youngster grows, the bike can be returned to the original big-wheel specification.
