MSA British Sporting Trials Championship

Round 2: Charles Pollard, 26 February

Reigning champion Ian Bell won the Charles Pollard Sporting Trial on Sunday following a tie break with his son, Andrew.

Ian took the lead with a few hills remaining after early leader Roland Uglow made two costly mistakes in drying conditions. Former champion Duncan Stephens finished third after a tie break with John Fack.Arthur Carroll won the intermediate class and live axle award following another tie break, this time with Martin Grimwood. Meanwhile Ian Fullwood won the novice class ahead of Richard Thomas.
