Arta Engineering back in Formula Renault Alps

ANNOUNCING 2012 LINEUP

Full 2012 lineup for Arta Engineering team in Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS: The French team, second overall in 2011 with Yann Zimmer (a victory and six podiums his excellent season score), is ready for the challenge.Under the Arnaud Tanguy direction, once more the aim will be first overall in the Series reserved for the 2 liters RST singleseaters. To achieve this Arta Engineering will grid five drivers. Among those already announced, Alex Loan, 16 years old, coming from the F4 Auto Sport Academy where he showed some good driving skills last season after a karting background.

By his side there will be another young driver this time from France: Tristan Papavoine (Class ’92), two years in F4. Third  is another Frenchman: Leo Roussel,  also sixteen,  and his debut in motorsport.

Also from France. William Vermont, 20 years old, has already some considerable experience. Last year he was among the drivers in the European F.3 Open, achieving a second and a third place in Magny-Cours and reaching third place in the Spa-Francorchamps event. In 2010 Vermont finished fourth in ADAC F.Masters while he was third one year before in F.Academy EuroSeries.

The Lineup is completed by another driver from France, t 18 year old Paul Petit, once more with experience in F4.

A group of  very young drivers debuting in Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS where they will perform at their best. First showing  next week when in Le Castellet Arta Engineering will carry out a test session. Just twenty days before the opening round of Monza which will represent the official Season kickoff on the 24-25 March weekend.
