Ebimotors line up with two Porsche 997 GTS up cars at Monza GT Sprint

THE COMO-BASED OUTFIT WILL RELY ON ROBERTO SILVA AND SEBASTIEN FORTUNA IN THEIR BID FOR THE GTS CUP TITLE

With just four days to go for the first race of the 2012 INTERNATIONL GTSPRINT SERIES, its  spectacular field of grand touring cars is getting close to being finalized. Porsche squad Ebimotors, a popular presence in the FG GROUP-promoted championship, is eager to get on-track at the Milan-bound circuit.

The team will field two Porsche 997 GTS Cup racers for returning Roberto Silva, now driving alone instead of sharing his car with Giorgio Massazza, and experienced Italian-French racer Sebastien Fortuna. Before joining GTSPRINT, Fortuna enjoyed a great stint in the Italian Targa Tricolore Porsche championship.

The 2012 cars have been prepared by Team Manager Enrico Borghi and his staff, and will feature several technical upgrades. The team's work has been focused on set-up improvements and the reliability.

"We decided to focus again on GTSPRINT because it's now the reference GT Championship in Europe - told Enrico Borghi - the high number of different cars and brands on-track makes their races unique and fans can follow them around the world thanks to a great media coverage. Our goal is to continue in our positive run from last year.
