SWISHER MSA English Rally Championship

Round 3: Butlins Somerset Stages, 21 April

Julian Wilkes and Will Rutherford dominated round three to finish more than two minutes clear of their nearest challengers.

The result keeps the pair at the top of the championship standings by two points from Neil Matthews and Andrew Sankey, who kept themselves firmly in the title hunt with victory in Class E3.

Former champion Jon Ballinger took maximum Class E5 points aboard his Opel Manta, while Grant Rees and Wyn Davies were the E4 winners in their Nissan Micra +. Joe Evett and Calvin Houldsworth won Class E1 for standard cars up to 1400cc, just ahead of Mick Smith and 17-year-old old Cameron Davies.
