NYRRSC Puts £6000 into local riders for 2012

& Swan Yamaha Chat Night - 8th May

The North Yorkshire Road Racing Supporters Club are once again proud to announce their support towards local riders for the 2012 season. 12 lucky riders will receive cash support from the club from BSB riders to Club riders; a total of £6000 has been spread across the 12 riders for the season. The monies raised has come from a number of monthly chat nights staged by the NYRRSC and they were lucky to receive support once again from various top riders and teams who attended the chat nights including John Hopkins and the Samsung Suzuki Team and also the vastly talented Honda Legends Team, one of the best attended nights of 2011.

This year is already looking good for guests, on May 8th we are very pleased to announce we have gained the commitment of the Swan Yamaha team Nori Haga, five times TT Winner Ian Hutchinson, (2011 BSB Champion Tommy Hill (TBC), Team Owner Shaun Muir, Team Manager Gary Ekerold, plus crew chiefs Pete Jennings and Simon Green.

 The 12 supported riders and their respective Championships for 2012 are listed below.

The NYRRSC runs a chat show every month to raise money for local racers within the area to help them fund their racing campaign throughout the season.
