MSA British Sporting Trials Championship, Jacobean

Round 7: Jacobean, 29 April

Steve Courts won a sodden Jacobean trial on a tie-break from Josh Veale, with both losing just 13 marks.

The win was Courts' first since last year's J B Taylor trial, while Veale's second place was his best British Championship result to date. Tom Bricknell finished third, just one mark behind on 14.

The Intermediate class win went to Veale ahead of Dave Oliver, who collected 29 marks to finish 12th overall. The Novice class was won by Nick Speed, who finished in 11th place with 26 marks.
