In addition to the big spectator events such as the Memorial Day weekend, the Historic Festival, and Trans-Am, Lime Rock Park is also busy with track and park activities in between those race weekends.

Sunday, June 8Half-Marathon/5K organized by 3C Productions to benefit “Strong to Serve”The half-marathon starts with a lap of Lime Rock, heads out to Salisbury, then comes back (about 90 minutes later) to Lime Rock to finish the race with another lap. The 5K fun run is two laps of the track, starting at 9:30. It’s free to enter Lime Rock to watch and enjoy. Click here if you want to sign-up to run!

Wednesday, June 11Sports Car Driving Association (SCDA) Track Day (non-racing)It’s free to enter Lime Rock to watch and enjoy the track day; just sign track waiver at Main Gate. Saturday, June 1410th Annual Connecticut Open House DayLime Rock Park, as an active partner with the Connecticut Office of Tourism, is part of COT’s “10th annual Connecticut Open House Day.” (The one-day statewide event is designed to showcase Connecticut’s diverse world of history, art, sports and tourism to Connecticut residents.) So come on out to Lime Rock Saturday the 14th. We will even give you a voucher for a free Hummel Hot Dog and a Coca-Cola beverage when you sign-in at the gate. On-track is the Connecticut Valley Region of the Porsche Club of America and the Lime Rock Drivers Club. Bring the family!

Saturday, June 14Caffeine & CarburetorsA terrific group of really cool car guys and gals with most excellent cars meet and chat and eat and hang out. They call themselves, and their gatherings, Caffeine & Carburetors. (You know they’re cool because when you go to the C&C website, you hear V-8 F1 cars on track.) For the first time ever, C&C is at Lime Rock Park. Want to come and ogle? You bet you do! C&C at LRP is 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
