EuroV8series set for Rnd 4 at Brno

FOUR DIFFERENT CAR MANUFACTURERS (MERCEDES, AUDI, BMW, CHEVROLET) TO FIGHT FOR WINS

The EUROV8SERIES is set for its fourth round of the season, the first outside the Italian borders, taking place this coming weekend in Brno, Czech Republic with Nicola Baldan leading the championship aboard a R.R.T. Mercedes C63 AMG Coupé.

The toughest rivals for the Stuttgart-built car of the Italian, who scored three second places and one win, will be the Audi Sport Italia RS5 racers. Local driver and ex-DTM star Tomas Kostka will headline the line-up partnered by Ermanno Dionisio and young rookie Emanuele Zonzini. The latter has already had a taste of his EUROV8SERIES machinery at the “Tazio Nuvolari Circuit” in Pavia.

Team BMW Dinamic will be fielding their three BMW M3s with an experienced driver line-up consisting of regulars Niccolò Mercatali, winner of Race 2 ad Mugello and now runner-up in standings, 2 points away from Kostka, Max Mugelli, who left a strong impression at his home racetrack and Maurizio Copetti, a fast-rising racer in the FG Group-promoted series.

After their hard crash in Race 2 at Mugello, Solaris Motorsport will be back in the hunt for wins with their rebuilt Chevrolet Camaro in the hands of Francesco Sini. CAAL Racing will field two Mercedes C63 AMG cars, one for Diego Romanini and one for a yet-to-be-announced driver. R.R.T. will also be a 2-car operation with Team Manager Nico Caldarola resuming driving duties.

The MRT by Nocentini Lexus will also be back with ex-F1 driver Giovanni Lavaggi after missing the previous round at Mugello.

The two races (Race 1 at 10:00 - Race 2 at 15:15) will be broadcasted in live streaming on WWW.EUROV8SERIES.COM.

The series will once again benefit from its international coverage which includes - but it’s not limited to - MOTORSTV in the pan-European area and MEDIASET ITALIA 2 in Italy. In Czech Republic, the races will be shown on SPORT 5.
