DATES CONFIRMED FOR BEAULIEU’S INTERNATIONAL AUTOJUMBLE 2015 - 5TH & 6TH SEPTEMBER 2015
Beaulieu has announced that the 2015 dates for its world-famous International Autojumble, held in the grounds of the National Motor Museum, have been confirmed as the 5th and 6th September.
Beaulieu’s Events Manager, Judith Maddox, said: “Traditionally, the International Autojumble is held on the second full weekend of September and for several years the Goodwood Revival, the date of which is always dependent on the F1 Grand Prix calendar, has taken place on the following weekend. However, for the last two years the Revival has been brought forward a week to fit in with the F1 race schedule and as it is not in the best interests of Goodwood, Beaulieu, their exhibitors or visitors, to hold events on the same weekend, the decision was made to move Beaulieu’s International Autojumble forward a week as well. The same situation has prevailed for 2015 so Beaulieu will again be held a week early, on the 5th and 6th September.”
2015 will be the 48th year of this popular event, which annually attracts over 39,000 visitors and exhibitors from all over the world. The Autojumble boasts over 2,000 stands selling all kinds of vintage and classic motoring parts, accessories, literature, tools and clothing. There is also an Automart with over 200 cars for sale, from restoration projects to vehicles in concours condition and a Dealermart with classic cars for sale. On Saturday, Bonhams hold an auction of collectors’ motor cars, motorcycles and automobilia, whilst Sunday highlights include a Trunk Traders area where amateur autojumblers can sell their motoring items from their car boots.
