At its meeting on 3rd December 2014 in Doha (QAT), the World Motor Sport Council of the FIA took the following decisions regarding Karting.
Adjustment of the Regulation for time penaltiesArticle 24 of the CIK-FIA Specific Prescriptions has been adapted to clarify that the time penalties will also apply to the Second Chance Heat and the final stages, with no possibility of appeal.
New front spoiler fixingArticle 31 has been added to the CIK-FIA Specific Prescriptions to define the correct installation of the front fairing by using the front fairing mounting kit.
