The renowned Bertil Roos Racing School announced today that it will be returning to Palm Beach International Raceway, with a full slate of programs in March 2015.
The school, which last visited the venue in 2010, will be conducting programs for drivers seeking SCCA, NASA and vintage licenses. Shorter programs will allow others to sample the “world of formula car driving” at a relatively inexpensive rate.
“We’ve been away for a while” said Roos President Dennis Macchio, “but our strong following in Florida and South America made it an easy decision to return. We’ve always loved the facility, and when live in the Northeast, it doesn’t take much arm twisting to work in the Sunshine State.”
In addition to its school programs, Roos will also be opening its 2015 Roos F-2000 Series at the venue. The formula based “arrive and drive” series is entering its 35th season, making it one of the longest running in the country.
“Our series participants are excited to be returning to Florida,” Macchio said “and hope a lot of driving club members come and visit.”
The Palm Beach schedule can be seen on the school’s website, www.racenow.com, and questions and enrollment can be done by calling 1-800-722-3669. Staff will be available to field any and all questions. Ask about special discounts for Palm Beach Driving Club members.
