EASTBOURNE have named two more signings as they prepare for their debut season in the National League.The Eagles will include Kelsey Dugard, the fourth-generation of the family speedway dynasty who had long been expected to take a place in the team.They have also signed newcomer George Wood, who has made his name in grasstrack racing but is yet to compete in speedway, and is set to get on-track for practice at Arlington as soon as conditions allow.
