Cammish will race with Redline Racing in a car shown for the first time during the all-important pre-season test at Silverstone yesterday. The striking livery for the car underlines a major partnership with Nationwide Accident Repair Services.Michael Wilmshurst, CEO of Nationwide, said: “The Carrera Cup has had a major refresh for 2015 and is looking very good. We decided this was the perfect time to return to the championship where we have previously enjoyed a great deal of success. Hopefully, our new partnership with Daniel will put the Nationwide car at the front of the action.”Cammish will race with Redline Racing, the most successful team in the 12-year history of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB. The North East-based team has won 82 out of 238 Carrera Cup races to date and has won the prestigious team championship six times in 12 years.The first day of action for the impressive 30-car field for the Carrera Cup GB was held on the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit and Daniel immediately signalled his intention to be a title contender by finishing the test day second fastest overall, only headed by double former champion Michael Meadows. It was the first full day of running for Daniel in the Nationwide car.
