Molitor Racing Systems is looking ahead to a busy and exciting weekend with competing in three different championships at the same time: The ADAC GT Masters in Spa, the 1000km race in Paul Ricard and the Porsche Supercup in Spielberg. The chances for podium finishes are in catchable reach.

ADAC GT Masters, Spa (Belgium) The fifth and sixth round of the ADAC GT Masters will take place at the corner maze of Spa-Francorchamps. The demanding and traditional Formula One race track is one of the highlights of the year. Power and Performance are not the only things that count. The ever-changing weather conditions make racing to become more of a gamble.

The 7-km-long track in the Ardennes will suit the Nissan GT-Rs from Dominic Jöst and Florian Scholze (#22) and the sister car with the number 23 of Florian Strauß and Marc Gassner. Both Nissans were able to run top-speeds at the recent race at Spielberg, a track where performance counts as well. But a system error robbed all chances for a podium finish.

"We were running very well with our Nissan and managed to secure another win in the Gentlemen Class in Spielberg", said Dominic Jöst. "Of course, it was very frustrating not to have finished on the overall podium, since we were leading half of the race. But we have forgotten about it and will look ahead to Spa for better things to come."

Last week, it was announced that the MRS-Team will once more receive a BOP weight addition by the ADAC. The Nissans were already instructed with a ballast of 15kg at the last race.

Blancpain Endurance Series, Paul Ricard (France)Craig Dolby, Sean Walkinshaw and Martin Plowman performed a fight through the field at their home race at Silverstone, that hasn't been seen often.Coming from 22nd on the grid, the Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 with the number 73 crossed the finishing line in a great fifth overall place.

"Silverstone was a great result", said Sean Walkinshaw, who is racing in his first-ever GT championship this year. "We are very motivated for the 1000km race at Paul Ricard. We are currently running in sixth position in the Teams Standing with MRS, even in fourth in the Endurance Class, and we are aiming to bring the car home in a good position in France."

Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, Spielberg (Austria)Following a four-week break, the Supercup Championship will commence this coming weekend at Spielberg and both MRS-Pilots Christian Engelhart (#14) and Spike Goddard (#15) are looking forward to it.

Both Engelhart and Goddard secured great results at the last round in Monte Carlo with a fourth and 15th place respectively. Engelhart managed to hold on to the position despite a heavily damaged car. The 28-year-old underlined his continues performance at the recent test days at Monza, when he set the fastest time on both days. The young Australian is becoming more and more familiar with his racing car and recorded the seventh fastest time at the tests in Italy – a great achievement.

"It is a very tight running in the championship this year and after two races the Top-3 are close together", said Engelhart. " I do like the track in Austria. Last year, a technical problem stopped me from climbing onto the podium. I hope this will be different this year, because a podium finish is our aim."
